The context' in which any activity is undertaken is critically important.   For example, TLC-Life-Center's Climate Change Awareness and Reversal Project would be impossible in Afghanistan or Iran, or Iraq, or in dozens of other countries.   

TLC-Life-Center's Climate Change Awareness and Reversal Project  would also have been impossible twenty years ago because the world was not ready to hear what the evidence was telling them.   Today, the evidence is screaming so loudly that those who don's see it are either:  socially deaf and blind   ---   live in a fairytale world, or  ---  simply refuse to look at the evidence.  

Here's the context that is required for success:

1A Functional, Physical Infrastructure:   TLC-Life-Center is based in the Unites States, which has  one of the most functional infrastructures in the entire world. (i.e. roads, electricity communication systems, water, sewers. and the like.)

2Political and Religious Freedom:   Here too, we are in the ideal location/context.

3Social Conditions, Economic Climate, Available Technology:   Fifty years ago, a project of this nature was not feasible.   Why?   Because the conditions and circumstance are vastly different today from what they were then.

4Potential Concerns:   In many parts of the world, the people are too desperate and too involved in survival issues to make this project work.    In the USA, there are still enough people in positions of influence and with the time and money required to make this project feasible here.

The ingredients for success also include these Capital Requirements:

1A Practical and Fully Functional Plan of Action:   As you can see by this website and by the websites supporting this proposal, we have a practical and fully functional plan for positive and constructive action in place and ready to go. 

2People:   Several talented and dedicated people are available to work on this project.  Reverend Robert Cote' is presently the project's leading advocate.   He is the creator and director of this project.   He is one of the primary public speakers.  He is also  the author of the content on all twenty four of TLC-Life-Center's websites.   

3Working Capital:   The only piece not yet in our possession is the financial  working capital.   For the resolution to this, see the next section below.

As the project's creator and primary advocate, some people have advised that I blow the wind into my own sails and pretend that this project is already functioning on a large scale.   "That way," they say,  "folks will want to get  on board because success is already guaranteed."    Unfortunately, we already have way too many fairytales running the minds of those who dominate human activities.   We don't need another one.   

And with regard to success, if the sky doesn't fall, the success of this project is guaranteed.   The question is not "if"  it's  "when" -- it's when will  the transformation of human consciousness  become a major player in reversing Global Warming.    The consequences of not changing human awareness are so devastating and deadly that failure is simply not an option.     ***1

The goal at this time is to be able to have at least one person who knows what to do and how to do it  (Reverend Cote')   devote full time and full attention to this project.    The goal is for him to transform this proposal  into action in a way that draws attention to the criticalness of this new way of viewing the world we live in.   Once the value of this approach to reversing Global Warming is recognized, it will grow rapidly and exponentially.   Many will join us and many others will do as we are now doing and proposing. 

The primary requirement at this time is for TLC-Life-Center to receive a minimum capital investment in order for Reverend Cote'  to devote full time to this project and to insure its rapid success.   This requires a capital investment of a mere $4,000 per month for six months, totaling only $24,000.    

Unfortunately, Rev. Cote' is  presently devoting inordinate amounts of time working at other activities simply to provide the basic needs for his family.   As a result, TLC-Life-Center's Climate Change Awareness and Reversal Project  gets limited attention.  

Funding Details

For What:

To expand the activities of the carefully designed and  fully functional  
TLC-Life-Center's Climate Change Awareness and Reversal Project. 
The project has three main goals '-- one of which is to bring to public attention the fact that the transformation of human consciousness  is the next, major step  in reversing Global Warming.  

Investors Return:   

Investors  will receive a ten percent financial return on their money.  (Ten percent is the maximum interest rate allowable by law for a private loan.)   Loans anywhere from $1,000 to $24,000 are acceptable.   Please also remember you are really  investing in your children and grandchildren.  They are the ones who will pay the price if you choose to ignore this request for assistance.   Their lives and their well being are at serious risk, right now.     The consequences of not changing human awareness are so devastating and deadly that failure is simply not an option.     ***1

Where will the money come from to return the lender's capital investments?   From donations and/or from foundation grants.   Investors will receive a personal contract with both The Life Center Church and Reverend Cote' as the borrower responsible for returning the loan money.   

The Project's Present State of Being

With one, easily correctable exception, all the ingredients  required to make this project move at high speed  either are in place or available on short notice.   At this time, the only missing piece is a mere  $24,000 in working capital.   And only $4, 000 of that is required  immediately  to move the project into its next phase.   

The Capital Investment Goal:

Cote' to move this proposal  into action in a way that draws attention to the criticalness of this new way of viewing the world we live in. '  Once the value of this approach to reversing Global Warming is recognized, it will grow rapidly and exponentially.   Many will join us and many others will do as we are now doing and proposing. 

Unfortunately, at this time, the project must take a back seat to Rev. Robert earning a basic income simply to cover his family's living expenses. 

The project is presently at a critical stage.  It is completely dependent upon the actions of one person,  Reverend Cote' .   Someone else, somewhere else may be inspired to offer a similar project at some time in the future, but at the moment, that is pure speculation.   Because the window of opportunity is rapidly closing, we cannot afford to simple sit back and wait for that possibility.
